Processing Times

We strive to ensure that you receive your items promptly while maintaining the highest quality in our customized products. Please take note of the following information to estimate the time required for the design, production, and delivery of your order. Please be aware that estimated processing times do not account for weekends or holidays.

  • Websites: 4-6 weeks
  • Branding: 2-4 weeks depending on your package of choice first email drafts are sent within 10-16 business days please refer to specific product description.
  • Stickers: 7-14 business days.
  • Branded Apparel: 7-14 business days.
  • Custom Acrylic Signage: 7-16 business days.
  • Business Cards: 7-14 business days.

Processing times are updated weekly. Please note that processing times do not include shipping time, which is based on the shipping service you select after the order has been processed.

  • UPS: 2-5 business days
  • USPS Media Mail: 3-7 business days

A friendly reminder: Delays in approving any design service items may extend your order due date.

For rush order requests, please contact us via email. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee and must be approved before payment.

Store Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our customized items, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. When making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have carefully read all policies and product descriptions. All sales are final. Order cancellations are not accepted. Once a custom order is placed, no changes can be made due to the nature of the custom materials being processed. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to our NO REFUND policy.

If you wish to cancel a project for any reason, please note that you will not be given a refund. You may terminate the project; however, to rebook, you must pay for the service.

We do not accept responsibility for any damages that may occur once the client has received their item.

Hours Of Operation

Our online store is open for business 24/7. For email and order form requests, please allow 1-3 business days for a response.

Drafts & Revision

Drafts are for viewing purposes only and may not be copied, edited, or distributed to any other person or company without requesting permission from MarliDCustoms. All drafts are the property of MarliDCustoms. All orders have a 3-revision limit. Additional revisions will incur a fee, and an extra 1-3 business days of processing time will be added to your order with each revision request.

Note: It is crucial to provide clear communication when expressing your vision. Designers cannot read minds, so having a well-defined vision is essential when booking a design project, even for small ideas.

Termination

When hiring a designer, you are paying for their time to create a design. In the event that you decide not to proceed with services, you will not receive a refund. Any order with no communication from the client in 30 days will be considered abandonment of service. You will not be eligible for a refund or able to claim that service. It is your responsibility to remain committed to your projects.

Designer Rights Policy

  1. Creative Showcase:

    • I reserve the right to showcase and feature any designs I create on my website and social media accounts for promotional purposes.
  2. Service Acceptance:

    • I retain the right to refuse services to customers who do not align with the values or vision of my design studio.
  3. Pricing Adjustments:

    • I maintain the right to modify prices on my designs, ensuring a fair reflection of the evolving nature of my services.
  4. Policy Updates:

    • As the designer, I possess the authority to revise and update this policy as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and improve the overall client experience.

Design Policy

You are entitled to three design drafts. This includes two opportunities for revisions after the initial design is sent. After the third draft, a revision fee will apply per revision. (Revision fees may vary based on your selected project)

This policy applies to all services in which require mock ups or approval of design services such as logos, branding, website design, signage etc.
